Our Founder & Visionary:
Monica Brown is a Media Maven, Social Impact Catalyst, and a Transformational Leadership Coach with over two decades of experience. She holds many positions and is an internationally published author of eight books. Her journey as a Woman of Colour from Great Brak River, South Africa, and her deep-rooted commitment to social change inform every aspect of our work.
Monica is the architect of our vision, driven by the belief that every story holds the power to create positive change. Her role is to ensure that our strategy aligns with our mission and to empower authors to not only share their truth but to build a sustainable legacy as a social enterprise.
